Brad Hawpe had 3 base hits at the ballpark where the Tampico Stogies beat the
Jefferson Park Penguins 6 to 4.
 
Tampico came through with the game-winning runs in the 9th inning with 2 runs.
So Taguchi got things going when he drew a walk.  Ray Durham stepped up next
and he doubled knocking in a run.  After an out was recorded, Orlando Cabrera
came up and he would hit into a fielders choice scoring the final run of the
inning.  Tampico had a total of 9 hits for the game.  
 
The win was credited to Danys Baez(3-1) who went 2 innings allowing no runs.
The loss was charged to Chad Gaudin(2-3) in relief.
